After identifying mismanagement of the former board I managed the company on interim basis.
I presented a business plan, attracted investors, restructured the company and successfully realized a fast and smooth turnaround, which was awarded by Antea and the Turnaround Finance Group.
I started strategic alliances with Shell, VW, Hyundai and Ford and modularized the product portfolio.
Together with Shell, I introduced a new brand and developed a multimedia marketing plan.
We survived the financial crisis after significantly restructuring the company and attracting capital, based on a clear growth strategy.
After re-starting the company, we created a lean organization and out-sourced activities.
I initiated the development of a revolutionary LPG-technology for petrol DI-engines, attracted premium customers, introduced it to key markets and signed a development contract with a leading car brand.
